Organized in 1977, our organization is a 501(c)3 tax exempt group that supports the Ashland Public Library with voluntary service and monetary contributions.
The Ashland County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society (OGS) maintains a Genealogy and Local History Room located in the mezzanine level of the Ashland Public Library.
Explore local history through our extensive Ashland Times Gazette archive. New to the library in late 2018 is digital access to the Ashland Times-Gazette, spanning 2006 up to the present date.

The Ashland Public Library has 18 computers available for public use. All 18 computers have internet access and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Need to print something? No problem. Our mobile printing service will save you time and money when you need to print your documents.
Library meeting rooms are available during regular library business hours to educational, cultural, civic, social, political, religious, professional or other non-profit organizations or to volunteer tutors
